We are seeking Safety Specialists to join our growing team and support compliance services in multiple metropolitan areas across the U.S.
Position Overview
As a Safety Specialist (Part Time), you’ll conduct OSHA-required annual compliance services including:
- Respirator Fit Testing
- Audiometric Hearing Testing
- Noise Level Surveys
You’ll travel to client sites and deliver high-quality safety services. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, part-time work with travel and meaningful impact on America's workforce.

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct OSHA-compliant safety testing and training at client sites.
- Provide clear, engaging safety instruction to client employees.
- Operate in fast-paced industrial environments with professionalism and adaptability.
- Ensure timely electronic submission of reports and documentation (within 24 hours of each site visit).
- Communicate with CSS Headquarters about test day, equipment logistics, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- New England: Based within one hour or less from a major airport in Southern ME, NH, VT, Eastern Massachusetts, RI or Eastern CT
- Preferred Backgrounds: Retired First Responders (Fire, Police, EMS), Nurses, Substitute Teachers, or other individuals with safety-related and/or teaching experience or individuals with background in safety.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and mobile tech tools (we will train you on our tools!).
- Training Delivery Skills: Strong verbal communication with the ability to lead brief, impactful training sessions.
- Travel Requirements: Willing and able to travel multiple days per week by car and air.
- Clean Driving Record & Background Check Required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is helpful, but not a requirement for employment.
