Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Site Supervisor to lead and oversee high-end residential construction projects from start to finish. This role is vital in ensuring that all aspects of construction are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site
- Manage and coordinate project schedules
- Review construction documents
- Manage sub-contractor activity on-site
- Manage in-house carpentry on-site
Skills
- Experience with construction site supervision in residential construction
- Proficiency in software such as Bluebeam and the Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction regulations and local building codes
- Strong understanding of construction documents and interpreting technical drawings
- Proven ability to manage multiple teams efficiently while maintaining high safety standards and quality control
- Expertise in residential framing, trim carpentry, and MEP coordination
Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour
