We are looking for an organized, energetic, and proactive Administrative & Sales Coordinator to be the backbone of our sales team and the welcoming face (and voice) of our company.
Position Overview
As the Administrative & Sales Coordinator, you will wear two very important hats. You will keep our office running smoothly while directly supporting our sales agents to help them close deals and maintain excellent client relationships. This is not a cold-calling sales role—instead, you are the critical engine behind the sales team, ensuring leads are managed, paperwork is flawless, and clients are delighted.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Team Support: Prepare insurance quotes, compile presentation materials, and manage client files within our CRM system.
- Client Relations: Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming calls and emails, answering basic inquiries and routing clients to the appropriate agent.
- Data & Pipeline Management: Track sales metrics, follow up on pending policy documents, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Onboarding Assistance: Assist new clients with the initial intake paperwork and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role (not required but a plus!).
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience working with CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication. You should love talking to people and possess a strong phone presence.
- Organizational Rockstar: Ability to multitask, prioritize a shifting to-do list, and maintain laser-sharp attention to detail.
