We are a fast-growing sports card and collectibles company looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to join our team. This role combines social media management, content creation, customer service, and light operations support. Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule daily social media posts, stories, and videos.
- Respond to customer messages and comments across all social media channels.
- Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries.
- Receive, inspect, and process customer return packages.
- Coordinate exchanges, returns, and inventory updates.
- Capture photos and videos of new products, box breaks, collections, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Work closely with our team to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of sports cards, trading card games, or collectibles.
- Experience creating short-form social media content that drives engagement.
- Comfortable appearing on camera.
- Photography and graphic design experience are a plus.
