Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and ensuring that all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling ingredients.
- Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
- Buss tables and assist with dining room cleanliness during peak service times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling practices is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
