Summary: High Country Search Group is working with a stable, publicly traded organization, that is hiring for an Accounting Specialist to join their AP team. This individual will be assisting with imaging invoices, responding to customer inquiries regarding invoices, and performing additional accounting-related duties.
This office is located in South Denver, near I-25 and County Line Road, and once the training period is complete, there is an option for a hybrid work schedule.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Scan and validate documents in the system
- Use critical thinking to research, review, and follow-up on all Accounts Payable requests
- Respond to requests to correct invoice data for processing
- Maintain a positive customer service approach in all interactions with vendors and coworkers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices
About You:
- 1+ years working in Accounting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Employment in this position is contingent upon passing a background check prior to the first day of employment
