The City of Miamisburg is accepting applications for the Day Camp Leader for the Parks and Recreation Department.
The Day Camp Leader reports to the Day Camp Coordinator and plays an integral role in the fulfillment of Miamisburg Parks and Recreations’ mission and vision. The Day Camp Leader is responsible for the execution, facilitation, and safety of youth at our summer day camp programs. Essential responsibilities include day-to-day guidance and leadership of youth in a day camp setting.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is $12.00-$16.00 per hour, DOQ.

The Day Camp Leader will be thoroughly committed to Miamisburg Recreation and Parks mission. All candidates should have experience supervising youth, be comfortable positively and professionally interacting with the public and co-workers and be able to thrive in a teamwork environment. The Day Camp Leader may assist in the development of, and will execute a variety of youth games, sports, and activities. Minimum Qualifications Include

Must Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification provided by the Parks & Recreation Department

Must be 15 years old or older

Must complete mandatory training May 26th-29th, 2026

Must be available evenings and weekend hours.
