Hobdy, Dye, and Read Inc. is looking for a qualified Assistant Service Manager at the Bowling Green, KY location.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience a plus, but not a requirement
· Preferably an Agricultural background with equipment usage experience
· Intermediate computer skills
· Organization
· Excellent communication skills
· Able to multi-task,
· Excellent time management skills
Responsibilities:
· Excellent customer service
· Writing and closing work orders
· Assists supervising service technicians
· Parts look up and ordering, putting parts on work orders
· Distributing parts to service technicians
· Coordinate PDI’s and set up of new equipment
· Scheduling equipment delivery and pick up
· Maintaining building and grounds maintenance
· Schedule rental fleet services
· Assist in obtaining DOT permits
· Any other duties assigned
