Headquartered in the City of El Monte, we are seeking a self-driven B2B Account Management / Inside Sales Professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with significant growth potential.
Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Relationship Building: Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned customer accounts by serving as a trusted, customer-facing partner and primary point of contact.

Inside Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling of products and services within existing accounts, while identifying opportunities to grow customer's business using the Marketplace.

Customer Engagement & Follow-Up: Conduct outbound outreach, follow-ups, and ongoing check-ins to maintain strong customer relationships and close sales opportunities.

Product & Solution Selling: Introduce and recommend relevant products, features, and solutions from our platform based on customer needs and buying behavior.

Customer Onboarding & Training: Support new and existing customers with onboarding, platform training, and ongoing education to maximize adoption and long-term value.

Customer Advocacy & Issue Resolution: Act as the liaison between customers and internal operations teams to resolve issues, answer inquiries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Preferred Experience
- Account Management / Inside Sales: Experience managing customer accounts, driving repeat business, and selling in a customer-facing or inside sales environment.
- Furniture Industry Expertise: Prior experience in furniture retail or sales is a strong plus!
- E-Commerce & B2B Sales: Knowledge of B2B platforms and e-commerce sales processes.
- Customer Service & Sales: Proven experience in client-facing roles involving customer service and sales.
Preferred Skills
- Strong consultative selling, upselling, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to grow accounts and close opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-starter mindset with excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
