About the Role
As an Event Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of a team delivering live promotional campaigns across retail locations, pop-up events, and busy public spaces.
You’ll play a key role in creating positive first impressions, building rapport quickly, and helping customers understand the value of the products or services being promoted.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers at event sites, retail locations, and promotional stands
- Represent brands with professionalism, energy, and confidence
- Communicate product and service offerings clearly and effectively
- Identify customer needs and tailor conversations to suit different individuals
- Guide customers through sign-ups, registrations, or purchase processes
- Handle questions and objections in a positive and solution-focused way
- Assist with event setup, presentation, and breakdown
- Maintain a well-presented and organised event space
- Contribute to individual and team-based performance targets

Earnings & Incentives
- Paid Weekly
- Base earnings plus uncapped commission
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives
- Average weekly earnings: $900 – $1100
