FOOD RUNNERS
We’re looking for dependable, hardworking Food Runners who can keep up with a busy dining room and help deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver food quickly and accurately from the kitchen to guests
- Assist servers with maintaining an efficient flow of service
- Ensure plates are presented properly and tables are kept organized
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
High-volume restaurant experience strongly preferred.
HOST / HOSTESS - Restaurant host/hostess experience preferred.
Our Hosts and Hostesses are the first impression of Bo’s Beach! We’re looking for outgoing, polished, and welcoming individuals who can create a great experience from the moment guests arrive.
Responsibilities include:
- Warmly welcome and greet guests
- Manage the guest waitlist and seating flow
- Coordinate closely with servers and management
- Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand
- Help ensure smooth service during busy periods
- Provide exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and busy peak periods
- Strong attention to detail
- A genuine passion for hospitality
