Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with assembly line processes. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in assembling and fabricating products while ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities

Assemble and disassemble equipment daily according to production.

Work collaboratively on the assembly line to meet production goals.

Operate equipment daily according to safety and production standards.

Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace within the factory or warehouse environment.

Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.

Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Must be able to stand for the entire shift.

Must be able to lift up to 80lbs consistently.

Be able to work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from -10 to 32 degrees.
Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

Experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.

Familiarity with forklift and pallet jack operation is a plus.
