Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to the department, including invoice and office related management, meeting coordination, and internal and external follow-ups.

Coordinate meetings and routine communications with internal departments/branches and external service providers, including legal counsel and financial institutions.

Process and maintain routine records and provide a necessary statistical analysis for the senior management’s review.

Draft, update, and organize internal correspondence, reports, and materials with high accuracy.

Track internal action items and support follow-ups to ensure department workflows and timelines were met.

Assist colleagues in preparing and optimizing administration worksheets, risk data and reports.

Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.

Two or more years’ experience working within office administration, operation and risk control functions.

Experience interacting with legal counsel, internal auditors, law enforcement, regulators, and examiners on administration issues.

Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders and managing work to achieve strategic goals.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English preferred.
Pay Range
Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
