We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our hospitality team and oversee all aspects of hotel operations. Duties
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Lead and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, high performance, and exceptional guest service
- Develop and implement strategies for revenue management to maximize occupancy rates and profitability
- Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring an outstanding guest experience from check-in to check-out
- Coordinate with human resources for staffing, training, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives
- Monitor budgeting processes, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial goals
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry with demonstrated leadership capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality management practices including guest services, revenue management, and hotel operations
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong background in budgeting, human resources, and customer service excellence
- Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and guest relations management
- Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is preferred
- Excellent communication skills combined with energetic motivation to lead teams toward shared success

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
