Job Title: Residential Cleaner (Subcontractor)
Description:
We are seeking experienced house cleaners to join our team as subcontractors. As a subcontractor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to our clients' homes. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in residential cleaning, possess their own equipment, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. You will have the flexibility to schedule jobs according to your availability while receiving consistent work assignments from us.
Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential homes according to established standards and guidelines.
- Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
- Use your own cleaning equipment and supplies to complete the tasks.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Communicate effectively with our team regarding scheduling and job assignments.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential cleaning is required.
- Must have your own reliable transportation and cleaning equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times.
