Shift Availability
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items following company recipes and procedures
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen
- Support different kitchen stations as needed during operations
- Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely preparation
- Follow all food safety and company procedures
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management team
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn and support multiple kitchen areas
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, preferred
