What You’ll Do
- Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Greater Phoenix area
- Speak directly with homeowners and introduce our window solutions
- Use a proven script to generate interest and schedule appointments
- Track your activity and improve with daily coaching and team support

What We’re Looking For
- Outgoing, confident communicators comfortable speaking face-to-face
- High energy and self-motivated
- Competitive mindset with a desire to improve
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven approach
- No experience required; canvassing or sales experience is a plus
Compensation
- Performance-based pay with uncapped earnings
- Typical weekly earnings: $1,500–$2,500+
- Income depends on effort, consistency, and results
