JOB DESCRIPTION:

This part-time, OPS position will provide administrative and operational support to the division, assisting with day-today office tasks, supply and equipment inventory, organization of evidence and case-related materials, and general office duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, scheduling, and correspondence
Track, count, and maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and materials
Organize, label, and maintain evidence and case files in accordance with chain-of-custody and departmental protocols
Assist with retrieving and refiling records and materials as requested by staff
Support general office operations and special projects as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive case information at all times

EXPECTED SALARY:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent

PREFERRED:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive materials with discretion and professionalism
Proficiency with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to follow established procedures
