Founded in 1966 Rehabilitation Associates has been a small family-owned business for over 55 years, with every member of two generations involved in daily operations. Riverbend of South Natick needs a Full-Time Activities Director. Our ideal candidate will be an energetic, creative and positive team leader with Long Term Care experience and experience with the elderly.
- Must have 2 years of experience in a social or recreational program within the last 5 years, one of which was full-time in a therapeutic activities program;
- or is a qualified occupational therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Activities include leading exercise, manicures, arts and crafts, bingo, board games, pet therapy, coffee carts, event planning, holiday decorations, upkeep of the activities calendar, cooperation with care planning, assisting in salon scheduling, and general administrative duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office is preferred.
