Remote (U.S.) | $135K Base + Uncapped Incentives + Benefits
A nationally recognized financial services organization is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to drive new business within the trust and fiduciary services space.
This is a true hunter role focused on developing relationships with financial advisors, RIAs, attorneys, CPAs, and other referral partners while identifying opportunities for sophisticated trust and estate planning solutions.
This role requires BOTH trust & fiduciary experience AND proven business development success. Candidates with only trust administration or only financial sales experience will not be the right fit.
- Develop new business through advisors, RIAs, attorneys, CPAs, and Centers of Influence.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of trust and fiduciary opportunities.
- Lead consultative sales presentations and close new business.
- Partner with internal trust specialists to deliver tailored fiduciary solutions.
- Represent the firm at industry events and advisor meetings.
- Travel approximately 50% nationally.
- 5+ years of trust, fiduciary, wealth management, or private banking experience.
- Proven business development and revenue generation experience.
- Strong knowledge of trusts, fiduciary services, and estate planning concepts.
- Experience working with HNW/UHNW clients and financial advisors.
- Hunter mentality with a passion for building new business.
- JD, CFP®, CTFA, or similar credentials are a plus.
- Fully remote with a national territory.
- Highly visible role with an established fiduciary platform.
- Competitive base salary plus a lucrative production-based incentive plan.
- Strong performers have the opportunity to earn $250K–$500K+ annually.
