- Verifiable closing rate above 50%
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience generating their own opportunities
- Ability to build trust quickly
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems
If you've never consistently sold HVAC systems or maintained a closing rate above 50%, this position likely isn't the right fit.
