Boulder Crossing Health & Rehabilitation, a BRAND-NEW skilled nursing facility located in Streetsboro, Ohio, is seeking a Full-Time HR/Payroll Manager to join our team! We are seeking a leader who will ensure a positive workplace culture. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, staff training, and retention. This role ensures that HR policies align with state and federal regulations while fostering an inclusive and engaged workforce.
The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of previous experience in HR management, as well as payroll processing experience for approximately 100+ employees. The candidate will also exhibit excellent customer service skills and attention to detail throughout their work. Associate's degree in business administration preferred. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow as a professional.
