Job Overview
I am seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer / Handyman to join my Team. I want someone who can run with me at first and then quickly move to running your own Two-man crew for installations. If you have experience...great and if you don't but are the right person, I will train and show you the way. Younger or Older isn't important. What is important is that you are Genuine, Honest, Physically Capable and Loyal.
Responsibilities
· Install home products such as lighting to start
· Operate power and non power hand tools
· Follow exact installation instructions
· Create a plan of attack before beginning installations
· Communicate with a home owner
· Record information and document parts of a project with an app on your phone
Requirements
· Experience leading a crew or ability to be trained to lead a crew
· Physical ability to handle power tools and basic hand tools
· Physical ability and experience on a ladder up to 25 feet in height
· Ability to work outside in different weather conditions
· Ability to communicate clearly
· Ability to use an app to take photos, fill out checklists and document aspects of a project
· Must have a clean cut presentable appearance
· Must have a positive attitude every day
· Must have a valid driver license and dependable transportation
Compensation
· Depends on your experience
· Depends on your abilities
· Having a presentable truck or van is a plus
· Range $160 to $325 per day plus bonus and commissions on selling more services while on-site
