As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents by assisting with their personal care needs, fostering meaningful connections, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to bring joy and dignity to those who need it most.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
- Support residents with meal preparation and feeding, as needed.
- Follow care plans and ensure residents’ individual needs are met with kindness and respect.
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience is required.
- A caring and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility.
- Dependable and attentive to detail.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the team.
