- Build relationships with customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish

Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools

Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and financing options

Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve sales goals

Continuously learn about Toyota products, market trends, and customer preferences
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Sales or customer service experience preferred
