Team Member – Squeeze and Teas - on-site event Pourista (drink and event team member)

This position is for event team members who will handle all aspects of setting up the booth/or mobile truck at various events across the metroplex. Must have reliable transportation to attend events of your own scheduling. Weekend events are 9-1 on Sat and Sunday and weekday events vary by bookings. Team members can select the schedule that works best for your lifestyle.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Craft refreshing drinks by following Squeeze and Teas recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers at events, festivals, and farmers markets — always with a smile and great energy.
- Keep the booth clean and organized, from wiping counters to maintaining a tidy, safe workspace.
- Stock and prep supplies, making sure we’re always ready for the rush.
- Handle cash or mobile payments quickly and accurately.
- Promote specials and add-ons, helping guests discover new favorites.
- Support your team, working together to create a fun, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform other event-related duties as needed.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- Flexible availability — especially weekends and daytime hours for festivals/markets.
- A positive, customer-first attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in fast-paced outdoor environments.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing and serving drinks.
- Reliable transportation to get to event locations.
- Food handler’s permit preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Previous food service, retail, or event experience is a plus!

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
