Duties
- Safely operate coach buses for various routes.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety, mechanical functionality, and cleanliness before each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and answering questions professionally.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and passengers using radios or other communication devices to coordinate routes and address concerns promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during every trip to ensure passenger safety at all times.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team for prompt resolution.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage logs, and incident reports as required by company standards and regulatory agencies.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, including motor coach, bus driving.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to bus maintenance and troubleshooting minor issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with passengers and team members.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury service standards.
- Strong time management and reliability under tight schedules.
