We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Phone & Tablet Repair Technician to join our team.

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced technician with 3–5+ years of professional experience repairing smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing and repairing devices at both the component and board level while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, and iPads.
- Repair Apple, Samsung, Google Pixel, Motorola, OnePlus, LG, and other major brands.
- Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, back glass, housings, and other components.
- Perform advanced motherboard/logic board repairs, including troubleshooting board-level faults.
- Diagnose and repair charging, power, audio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, Face ID, fingerprint sensor, and network-related issues.
- Use professional repair equipment such as microscopes, hot air stations, soldering stations, DC power supplies, multimeters, and diagnostic tools.
- Perform micro-soldering and component-level repairs (preferred).
- Test all repaired devices to ensure quality before delivery.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and inventory records.
- Keep the repair workspace organized and follow safety procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repair options and timelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional phone repair experience (required).
- Strong experience repairing iPhones, iPads, Samsung Galaxy devices, Google Pixel, and other Android devices.
- Experience with board-level diagnostics and micro-soldering is highly preferred.
- Ability to diagnose complex hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with iOS and Android operating systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Face ID repairs and troubleshooting.
- Experience with data recovery techniques.
- Knowledge of device unlocking and software flashing tools.
- Experience using repair management or point-of-sale software.
- Experience working in a professional repair shop.
