We Staff Healthcare LLC is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Shoreview Nursing Home, a skilled nursing facility. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in residents’ daily lives, we’d love to hear from you!
Shifts Available:
- 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
**Every weekend availability is required!
Qualifications of a CNA:
- Valid New York State CNA license
- COVID-19 vaccination record (NOT required anymore)
- Up-to-date physical within the last year
- Long-term care facility experience preferred
- High School Degree or Equivalent
Responsibilities for a CNA:
- Care for residents in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, under the direction of a licensed nurse
- Perform all duties in accordance with facility and Federal and State standards
- Perform ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning
- Ensure that all residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate environment, which recognizes the individual's needs and rights
- Performs other related job duties as required
