Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in the customer seating area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash and operate the cash register - Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed - Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers requirements: - Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or catering environment - Proficiency in using a POS system for order processing - Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes - Ability to handle food safely and follow food handling guidelines - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor to engage with patrons
