We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CRM Sales Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Intended Parents Recruitment and Intake:
- Identify, engage, and guide potential intended parents interested in surrogacy, gamete donation, and IVF concierge services.
- Understand and address the diverse needs of intended parents, providing tailored solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and communications with intended parents using CRM systems.
IVF Clinics and Surrogacy Partners Relationship Management:
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong business relationships with IVF clinics and other relevant entities in the surrogacy journey.
- Familiarize yourself with the services, strengths, and specialties of each partner to facilitate the best matches for intended parents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between ACRC, IVF clinics, and intended parents.
Sales and Outreach:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet objectives and grow ACRC's client base.
- Represent ACRC at industry conferences, seminars, and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry developments and for networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and disseminate promotional materials tailored to potential clients.
Administrative Tasks:
- Consistently update the CRM system with precise and timely data.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for upper management.
- Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training modules.
Qualifications:
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Extensive experience working with CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work in-person
- Prior experience in the surrogacy industry or a related healthcare sector is a significant advantage.
