Pure Home Renewables is a family-owned NJ solar company (Mount Laurel, 5.0★, 100+ Google reviews) in growth mode. We've got the installs, the reviews, and the lead flow. What we want now are the closers who'll define the standard and then lead the people we hire behind them.
The deal:
- We hand you qualified appointments — you close, and your pipeline grows with your performance. No knocking.
- $125K+ realistic earnings as a closer, transparent from day one
- A real leadership track — the closers who perform now become our team leads and sales managers. First in, first up. This is the ground floor.
- Company CRM, phone, follow-up software, proven pitch + product training, full back-office support
- Local NJ territory (within ~40 mi of Mount Laurel), year-round, no relocation
