The Valerie King Team is growing and looking for dependable, client-focused Showing Partners to support our expanding volume of buyer requests. This flexible, part-time contract position is ideal for a licensed real estate professional seeking hourly work and the opportunity to collaborate with a leading Connecticut team without committing to a full-time schedule.
We plan to add at least two team members who can provide coverage during daytime hours, evenings, and weekends. As our business continues to expand, this role may develop into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Conduct buyer showings on behalf of the team owner, Valerie King, all over Connecticut. We primarily service clients in Fairfield County, New Haven County, Middlesex County, and sometimes Hartford County

Provide written feedback on each showing to support the lead agent

Communicate professionally with clients and represent the team with care and integrity

Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments in a timely manner

Dedicate availability during days, evenings, and/or weekends as needed

Active Connecticut Real Estate License (required)

Driver's License and reliable transportation

Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
