What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
As the face of Philly Crazy, you will ensure every guest walks out happier than when they walked in.
- Guest First: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, and make delicious recommendations.
- Speed & Accuracy: Take orders and process transactions efficiently (cash, card, mobile pay) at the register.
- Station Ownership: Keep your cashier station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Team Player: Pitch in where needed—whether that's running food, bussing tables, or keeping the dining room spotless.
- Safety & Standards: Follow all company policies, cash-handling procedures, and food safety guidelines.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)
- Experience: 1+ years of food service experience within the last 4 years.
- Reliability: A stable employment history that shows you are dependable and dedicated.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic math skills for accurate cash handling, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and move quickly in a fast-casual environment.
- Attitude: A positive, team-first mindset and a strong work ethic.
