What You'll Do
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that meet Florida VPK standards.
- Foster a warm, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build strong relationships with families through open communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators.
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress.
What We're Looking For
- Florida VPK credentials (or eligibility to obtain them).
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred.
- A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and genuine love for children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
