Community Care Network is seeking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Per Diem shifts for a Crisis Recovery Specialist to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance use challenges!
The Crisis Recovery Specialist will provide support to individuals living with chronic mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a recovery-based trauma sensitive residential facility. The Crisis Recovery Specialist will support therapeutic programming, share meals with the clients, facilitate medication compliance, all while building strong, meaningful connections!
This Per Diem position is great for students or those who want to further their experience in the human service industry. We are looking for staff who can assist in motivating and encouraging individuals toward integration into the community.
Crisis Recovery Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, sensitivity, and reasoning skills.
- Able to communicate directly, respectfully, and clearly.
- Ability to develop a nurturing relationship with clients.
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
- Successful completion of a criminal history background check after hire.
Crisis Recovery Specialist Requirements:
- Must be able to work 1st shift from 6:45am-3:15pm, or
- Must be able to work 2nd shift from 2:45pm-11:15pm, or
- Must be able to work 3rd shift from 10:45pm-7:15am
Crisis Recovery Specialist Benefits:
