We are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Business Development Manager leader with the ability to create excitement, build and lead teams, and develop skills in others. The Business Development Manager will oversee the Delaware Market.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly supervises a team of salespeople. Responsible for day-to-day management, coaching, performance tracking, and ensuring their team meets sales targets.
· Coaching and Mentoring: Running weekly sales team meetings, providing mentorship, and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance. Providing ride along report once a week Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses in Sales Team.
· Monitoring and Motivation: Continuously monitoring the team's progress and providing motivation to ensure they stay on track to meet sales targets.
· Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
· Project Oversight: Monitoring the progress of sales projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
· Recruitment: Hiring new sales team members and ensuring they are integrated into the team effectively.
· Customer-Centric Sales: Understanding and addressing customer needs to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
· Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluating team performance and providing constructive feedback.
· Sales Metrics Tracking: Keeping a close eye on sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
· Reporting: Preparing and analyzing sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
· Data Analysis: Utilizing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the market.
· Lead Identification: Identifying potential sales leads and developing strategies to convert them into customers.
· Goal Achievement: Ensuring the team meets and exceeds budgeted headcount and sales goals.
· Additional Duties: Performing other duties as requested by leadership.
Qualifications:

· Project Management: Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Staff Management: The ability to manage staff functions, including selection, training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, termination, and salary/status change recommendations.
· Expectation Setting: The ability to set clear expectations and hold employees accountable in a consistent and fair manner.
· Training and Development: The ability to identify knowledge and training gaps and develop plans to address them.
· Reporting and Analytics: Familiarity with reporting and analytics necessary to drive and support business decisions.
· Cross-Departmental Collaboration: The ability to collaborate with other departments and support teams to achieve goals and objectives.
Required Knowledge
· Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Language.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
· Possess strong technical and computer skills
· Ability to travel using company vehicle and gas card will be provided at day 1
· Familiarity with computer operating systems and computer software applications
· Valid driver´s license, satisfactory driving record within Company required
· Ability to complete documentation accurately.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
· 5+ years’ of Outside Sales or related work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
· Knowledge of Direct Sales practices
· Experience with consumer education of products and services
· Knowledge of Dental Lab setting
Preferred Related Work Experience and Number of Years
· Sales Supervisory experience preferred - 2+
