Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong B2B relationships with collegiate licensing partners and retailers to maximize product distribution and sales opportunities
- Lead business development initiatives by identifying new markets, clients, and licensing opportunities within the collegiate sector
- Manage customer accounts by providing tailored solutions, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Drive enterprise selling strategies through targeted outreach, warm calling campaigns, and personalized presentations to secure new partnerships
- Utilize sales management systems to track leads, pipeline activity, deal progress, and account performance
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance product visibility and support sales objectives
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales within a corporate or licensed products environment with a focus on sports or collegiate branding desired
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while managing customer expectations
- Expertise in business development strategies that identify growth opportunities in new markets or segments
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent communication skills to articulate product value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Analytical skills for assessing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
