We’re looking for a Director of Maintenance who fits that mindset—someone who leads from the front, sets the standard, and takes ownership of the operation.

What You’ll Own
- Lead daily maintenance operations with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Set the tone for team culture, accountability, and performance
- Drive technician productivity and workflow organization
- Track revenue, efficiency, and job quality
- Ensure FAA compliance and operational excellence
- Work closely with parts and flight operations to keep everything moving
What You Bring
- 5+ years in aviation maintenance
- 2+ years leading a team of technicians
- A leadership style that earns respect—not demands it
- Strong understanding of shop efficiency and workflow
- IA Certification (highly preferred)
- Pilot’s license (a plus)
- Someone who takes pride in running a clean, organized, high-performing shop

- $5,000 – $10,000+ per month based on performance
- No cap compensation
