We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Deal Booker to join our automotive dealership. As an Accounting Deal Booker, you will be responsible for accurately recording and managing financial transactions related to vehicle sales, purchases, and other financial activities. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records. Responsibilities:
- Accurately record financial transactions related to vehicle sales, purchases, and other financial activities in our accounting system.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting documentation and files.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in using CDK or other automotive software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
