Position: Porter
Hilton Management LLC is seeking a full-time Porter for our community, Palmer View Apartments in Easton, PA. The Porter will be responsible for general cleaning and janitorial duties of the club houses, apartment turns, and community grounds including trash corrals. On occasion will assist the maintenance team with minor repairs and relocation of appliances. This person must be self-motivated and have an attention to detail. Work as part of a team and be able to work independently.
Physical Requirements:
- Reach above shoulders
- Stand for long periods of time
- Walk the property, and climb stairs (up to 3 flights)
- Lift, bend, squat, push, pull, and carry objects up to 30lbs
- Climb ladders, handle tools, and equipment

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Valid Driver’s License.

This position reports to the Property/Facility Manager at the community.
