Job Overview
We are seeking a CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating of Mazak horizontal, vertical and Mazak Lathe CNC machining centers and will be responsible for fabricating precision components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines, to produce high-quality parts.
- Fabricate components by interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain tooling and equipment in optimal condition through regular inspections and maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Familiarity with various machining techniques and tooling is essential.
- Experience with fabrication processes and assembly of components is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
