Golden Pavilion Healthcare is seeking a Full-Time RN Supervisor for the Day Shift to join our nursing leadership team. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is ready to lead, support nursing staff, and help ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an RN who enjoys mentoring staff, coordinating daily nursing operations, and promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and clinical excellence.

As an RN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight of daily nursing operations while supporting residents and the nursing team.
Supervise, lead, and support nursing staff to promote safe, high-quality resident care
Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to CNAs, LVNs/LPNs, and other nursing staff
Monitor residents and respond appropriately to changes in condition, emergencies, and clinical needs
Ensure medications, treatments, assessments, and documentation are completed accurately and timely
Coordinate daily nursing assignments and assist with staffing and coverage
Ensure nursing practices comply with federal, state, and facility regulations
Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Participate in care planning, care conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff education
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a strong resident-centered care culture
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the nursing team during the shift
Current, active California RN license
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of nursing regulations and standards of care
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a nursing team
Strong commitment to resident-centered care and clinical excellence
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
