Duties
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas following established protocols.
- Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining overall cleanliness of all surfaces.
- Restock linens, toiletries, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and common areas to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns.
- Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely turnover of rooms and uphold cleanliness standards across the property.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping preferred.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward guest service.
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
