We promise a supportive, high-utility environment where your compensation directly reflects your dedication, with a clear path to six figures and long-term equity rewards. Competitive, Tiered Compensation Structure. We reward high performance with a progressive percentage split that scales as your gross revenue grows:
- Base Tier: 50/50 split for under $5,000 total monthly gross.
- Growth Tiers: Your take-home increases to 55%, 60%, and 65% as your gross revenue increases.
- Loyalty Milestones: Earn longevity bonuses of 5% at 5 years and 10% at 10 years.
- Maximum Cap: High-performers can reach a 70% maximum take-home split.

Position Requirements & Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a committed partner, not a temporary contractor.

Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Naturopathic Doctor, Medical Doctor (MD), or Doctor of Osteopath (DO) with current registration in the applicable jurisdiction
