Director of Clinic & Intended Parent Relations Position Summary
The Director of Clinic & Intended Parent Relations is responsible for generating new business, developing referral relationships, conducting intended parent consultations, matching intended parents with egg donors and surrogates, and strengthening Donate-Or-Surrogate’s presence within the fertility industry.
This is a senior revenue-generating leadership position. Success in this role will be measured by new client acquisition, clinic relationships, referral growth, and agency revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition
- Actively generate new intended parent clients through networking and relationship building.
- Develop referral partnerships with fertility clinics, reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYNs, attorneys, psychologists, financial advisors, and other fertility professionals.
- Attend fertility conferences and industry networking events.
- Represent Donate-Or-Surrogate professionally within the fertility industry.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase agency revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Intended Parent Consultations
- Conduct consultations with prospective intended parents.
- Understand each family’s goals and recommend appropriate egg donor or surrogate options.
- Guide intended parents through the agency process.
- Answer questions regarding IVF, egg donation, frozen eggs, fresh cycles, and surrogacy.
- Convert consultations into signed agency agreements.
Donor & Surrogate Matching
- Recommend appropriate donors and surrogates based on intended parent preferences.
- Review donor and surrogate profiles with clients.
- Work alongside the recruitment and case management teams throughout the matching process.
- Assist with complex matching decisions.
Clinic Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with fertility clinics nationwide.
- Meet regularly with physicians, nurse coordinators, embryologists, and clinic administrators.
- Increase clinic referrals.
- Become a trusted resource for fertility clinics seeking high-quality donors and surrogates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly agency revenue generated.
- Number of new intended parent consultations.
- Consultation-to-client conversion rate.
- Number of new agency agreements signed.
- Number of new fertility clinic referral relationships.
- Number of conference and networking events attended.
- Client satisfaction and referral rate.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an IVF clinic, egg donor agency, or surrogacy agency.
- Existing relationships within the fertility industry.
- Proven ability to generate new clients and build referral partnerships.
- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Excellent understanding of egg donation and surrogacy.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Passionate about helping intended parents build their families.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
