Job description
We are a fast-growing company with a great staff seeking to add an a second experienced HVAC Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee HVAC technicians, manage projects, and ensure quality service delivery. If you have a strong background in Residential HVAC Service work, field service, and HVAC/R systems, we encourage you to apply. Must have 10 years experience in HVAC and 2 years as a HVAC Manager/Supervisor. Pay is based on experience. Position will come with a base pay and bonus opportunities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians
- Nate Certified is a plus but not required
- Supervise and lead weekly trainings
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair tasks
- Inspect HVAC systems and equipment for proper operation
- Troubleshoot issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Maintain accurate records of work orders and service reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, including ammonia refrigeration systems
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair HVAC systems over phone or onsite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Certification as an HVAC technician or similar field is a plus

Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
