We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Phlebotomist who is passionate about health, wellness, and creating amazing customer experiences. This isn't your typical healthcare job! At Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, you'll combine your clinical skills with hospitality, customer service, and social media in a fun, fast-paced spa environment.

What You'll DoClinical Responsibilities
- Perform IV insertions and prepare clients for IV hydration therapy.
- Administer vitamin injections according to protocol.
- Monitor guests during treatments and ensure a safe, comfortable experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold all clinical standards.
- Assist with inventory and spa cleanliness.
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Welcome every guest with a warm, positive attitude.
- Check clients in and out while creating a luxury spa experience.
- Educate guests on our IV drips, injections, wellness services, and memberships.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and help schedule appointments.
- Build lasting relationships with returning members.
Social Media & Marketing
- Capture fun photos and videos inside the spa (with client permission).
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content.
- Help promote monthly specials and wellness events.
- Be comfortable being on camera and sharing your enthusiasm for wellness.

Qualifications
- Current Ohio LPN license OR Certified Phlebotomist
- Excellent IV insertion and venipuncture skills (or willingness to be trained if qualified)
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Previous medical spa, IV therapy, urgent care, emergency department, or wellness experience is a plus, but not required.
