As a Support Engineer at Molten Cloud, you will join our team in the following areas:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing daily support, answering platform questions, and troubleshooting technical issues

Write and execute Python scripts to support backend operations such as database migrations, task automation, and internal tooling

Manipulate and manage large datasets, including writing queries, organizing data, and preparing systems for customer onboarding and ongoing maintenance

Support database creation, migrations, and long-term data integrity across customer environments

Perform system administration tasks, operating primarily in Linux environments while remaining comfortable in Windows systems

Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve overall platform reliability

Bring a user-first mindset to support interactions, ensuring issues are clearly understood, documented, and resolved
Qualifications:

Strong experience in customer-facing technical support roles

Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and backend operational tasks

Hands-on experience working with large databases, including querying, organizing, and maintaining data

Strong system administration skills, particularly in Linux environments (Windows experience a plus)
