Northwest Regional Sales Representative
Washington & Oregon
Derema Group is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to join our Northwest Region team. This role is responsible for managing established customer relationships while developing new business opportunities throughout Washington and Oregon.
We are looking for someone who thrives in the field, understands the marine industry, and is passionate about helping dealers, boat yards, OEMs, and customers succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an established territory across Washington and Oregon
- Build strong relationships with dealers, boat yards, OEMs, distributors, and industry partners
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Represent leading marine brands with professionalism and integrity
- Provide product education, sales support, and market intelligence
- Drive territory growth through consistent customer engagement and follow-through
Ideal Candidate
- Proven sales experience within the marine industry
- Strong knowledge of boat yard operations, paint systems, and top and bottom paint applications
- Experience working with marine OEMs is a plus
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the territory

Compensation Range
Annual Base Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
This range represents a good-faith estimate for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
